and make a profit on every project. Your business accounts and project accounts all need to be in order to secure projects at the highest price. To go on a scale your business you require robust management accounts running separately to your financial accounts which are used for tax returns. The program takes you through this in just two 2 hour sessions.

Relying on word of mouth for bids by the owner and not analysing the gross profit on projects is not
sustainable. Evaluate your current marketing methods and start gaining new leads which will lead to
profitable projects before they reach the market. In just one 2 hour strategy session you will learn
techniques to find off market leads.

Keeping records of what has changed from the tender and driving "right first time" will stop profits
leaking away. Improving communication between the site teams and the office will see a dramatic
change in profits. In this single 2 hour session you will get an overview of all the systems required from Contract Signing to hand over.

Without clear direction staff and trades become demotivated. Instigate a simple organisation chart
with clear job descriptions to see staff and trades motivated to please and you have confidence they
are doing as asked. In one 2 hour session, you design an organisation chart and set up job
descriptions. Then following this there are optional 1 hour sessions covering your time management,
delegation and having difficult conversations with people.
